Lack Of Time For Online Marketing?

"I Need More Time for Internet Marketing"

How many of you have said or thought that in the last 24 hours?
Maybe the actual question  should be this: How many TIMES in the past
24 hours have you said or thought it?

Internet marketing is a vast endeavor which requires major
commitment. I communicate with many beginners...many of them have no
idea  just how low they are on the learning curve or how much time and
dedication it will require of them in order to make their first hundred
dollars online (outside of eBay of course).

As an Internet marketer, your most valuable asset is time. You can
be very intelligent and have an overdrive of determination, but without
finding time to spend learning about and practicing Internet marketing;
success will not be coming soon.

No one knows better than me how difficult it is when first starting
out. I had a job which required about 50 hours a week of my time. I
dabbled in Internet marketing for a while before it really hit me that
making my living with my computer was a real possibility.

When this realization happened, I went into hyper-mode. I wanted the
Internet marketing lifestyle so badly I could TASTE IT! My wife was a
little slow to jump on board with her husband's new found passion. I
started spending every single free minute on the computer....evenings,
late nights, early mornings, weekends...all weekend...every weekend.

Fortunately it only took six months or so at this pace before there
were some obvious signs there could be a HUGE light at the end of the
tunnel. In fact, a year later we were already talking about one us
needing to quit our full time job. We decided she would work another
six months and then stay home and work on the business.  It made me
feel good to be able to give that to her.

I continued on another year working my 50 hours a week in my job and
spending all my nights and weekends building the businesses to the
point where I could quit too. As the Internet businesses grew, more and
more of my time was required. Things became extremely difficult. Time
was such an issue. I hated the fact that I had to sleep. This was no
way to live for sure.

But, here we are now...finally living our dream!

Don't get me wrong, I still spend over 50 hours a week
"Working"...but things are so different now. Life is much more relaxed
as I can spread those hours around however I wish.

My point in all this you ask?

A beginner told me the other day they simply did not have enough
time to learn web design. I told her bluntly that she did in fact have
enough time.

If you want to be successful online...if you want to quit your
job...if you want a better life, if you want it bad enough, you can
squeeze enough time out of your day to do it. I hear of single mothers
with full time jobs who build successful online businesses! Nothing
could be harder than that! Come on now! You DO have enough time.

You and everyone else need more time. The "time" excuse does not
fly. If you truly want this lifestyle for yourself, you will find the
time.
